Rates include all supplies and hepa-filtered Miele vacuums and are provided by fully trained, uniformed, natural cleaning professionals. For sanitary reasons, we ask that you provide us with your own personal mop, scrub brushes and sponges. You can expect the same team of eco-cleaners for each Mindful Maid visit. Strict quality control methods are in place and we guarantee our service to be detailed and to exceed your expectations every time.
We work very well with clients who are very particular about their homes and we welcome special requests.
Eco-Luxury Cleaning
The first step in hiring a Mindful Maid is having a free in-home or telephone consultation and estimate. This appointment takes about 15 minutes and at that time, you will be given an estimated rate for first time and regular service.
First time eco-cleaning services are $33/ hr.
If you chose to hire us on a regular basis, to show our gratitude, we offer discounted rates. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service is based on a flat rate and discounted for frequency.
What does it include?
We are a detailed service. Each clean includes the following:
- Dust and cobweb removal throughout your entire home including high and low ledges and window sills, baseboards, corners, under beds and all movable furniture.
- Linen change and turn down service for all beds in the home.
- Spotless cleaning and herbal sanitation in bathroom.
- Spotless cleaning and herbal sanitation in the kitchen including all appliances.
- Floor cleaning. We start with a thorough vacuum with a hepa-filtered vacuum cleaner. We wash wood, tile, and marble floors appropriately, always to a shine.
- We clean corners by hand and under all reasonably movable items including couches.
- Laundry, if desired and if time allows.
- Organic chocolates left under every pillow. If you have a dog, we’ll leave them in the kitchen.
- Aromatherapy with 100% natural essential oil for your entire home.
Deep Cleaning De-tox
This deep cleaning service is recommended every 4-6 months to keep your home perfectly clean and for first time cleans. This clean is customized according to your needs and always leaves our clients delighted.

- Blind cleaning.
- Vacuuming or washing curtains and drapes.
- Wall washing and washing all woodwork and doors.
- Sweeping and washing outdoor porch, balcony, or deck areas.
- Almost anything related to cleaning your home-just ask!

Organizing moves fresh energy into your space and creates more harmony in your life. It increases your efficiency while allowing you to relax more fully.
The first step in getting your space organized is our free consultation. Your organizing professional will sit and talk to you about your needs and goals. Your organizing professional will create a plan and deadlines for your project at this time.
Organizational Services are $40 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
